The new website generated higher organic rankings for all relevant key search terms, which increased the client’s organic e-commerce sales by 30% within the first three months. All of the campaigns are producing sustainable growth nationwide and the business now has an effective strategy in place every time they open a new store. Struggling with their servers and allowing a number of customers to shop at once, we integrated RetailExpress with their POS management system. We also developed a packing and shipping system to streamline processes, decrease human resources and the amount of time involved. By making systems more efficient there’s less margin for human error which has in turn improved tracking from a business perspective.
As part of a wider strategy, Cue Media managed all ongoing content and campaigns including article creation, e-mail, SMS and social media campaigns. We also developed the ’60-day Body Challenge’ to build a real connection with the target audience, and a loyalty program to combat their competitors. SEM campaigns and remarketing strategies were rolled out to give Nutrition Warehouse high visibility online.
